A resolution approving a proposed First Amendment between the City and County of Denver and JSM Airport Services, LLC concerning the increase of minimum staffing levels to provide operation and maintenance services on the Baggage Handling System (BHS) at Denver International Airport.
Amends a contract with JSM Airport Services, LLC by adding $10,367,150 for a new total of $60,367,150 for an increase of minimum staffing levels to provide operation and maintenance services on the Baggage Handling System (BHS) to support increased service levels and requirements driven by increased operational needs at Denver International Airport in Council District 11. No change to contract duration (PLANE-202265234-01/PLANE-202473795). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-15-2024. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 6-12-2024.
