Assessing ordinance to approve the 2012 annual budget for the following local maintenance district included in the Group 4 Board of Equalization scheduled for November 7, 2011: Local Maintenance District: Delgany Street Pedestrian Mall

Percent Change From 2011 to 2012: 12% Increase*
* The increase in the budget for the Delgany Street Local Maintenance District is due to the:
1. Increase in clean-up costs due to utility work at the corner of 15th & Delgany.
2. Increase in costs to the irrigation system. These costs are in anticipation of utility work at the corner of 15th and Delgany Street.
3. Increase in utility costs. This is in anticipation of Xcel raising their rates.
4. Increase in accounting and administrative costs.
