A resolution approving a proposed First Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Valerian, LLC to extend the term for on-call irrigation planning, design, and consulting services.
Amends a contract with Valerian, LLC by adding 14 months for a new end date of 4-5-23 for on-call irrigation planning, design, and consulting services for parks and park facilities, citywide.
