A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Fifth Amendment and Termination of Agreement between the City and County of Denver and The Airport Lounges, LLC for the operation of a concession at Denver International Airport. (AC49005) (BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Terminates the existing agreement with The Airport Lounges allowing the airport to eliminate smoking. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-25-12. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 5-23-12.
