A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Revival and Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Recreational Equipment, Inc., to revive and further amend and extend the existing lease.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Renews an existing income lease with REI for $66,000 over five years for a parking lot located at 1416 Platte Street adjacent to the REI building (FINAN-RC70103-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-20-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 4-18-13.
