(GOVERNMENT AND FINANCE) Approves a $1,125,000 purchase and sale agreement with Silwan Petroleum Corporation to purchase land located at 2405 East Colfax Avenue for the development of the Central Denver Recreation Center in Council District 8 (FINAN-201310296-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 9-30-13. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 8-21-13.
