A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and VICTIM OFFENDER RECONCILIATION PROGRAM OF DENVER to provide nutritious food access and nutrition education as funded by the Healthy Food for Denver's Kids Initiative, citywide. Amends a grant agreement with VICTIM OFFENDER RECONCILIATION PROGRAM OF DENVER by adding $414,945.23 for a new total of $1,244,836.48 and adding two years for a new end date of 12-31-2027 to provide nutritious food access and nutrition education as funded by the Healthy Food for Denver’s Kids Initiative, citywide (ENVHL-202368602/ENVHL-202581532-01).
