Amends a Master Service Agreement with West Publishing Corporation to add $320,000.00 for a new total of $770,000.00 and add six months for a new end date of 6-30-2026 to provide investigative database access to various City agencies, citywide (SAFTY-201952992-00 / SAFTY-202578571-01).
