Approves the inclusion of overlapping services and facilities between the Central Platte Valley (CPV) Coordination Metropolitan District and the CPV Metropolitan District as part of the service plan for the CPV Coordination Metropolitan District pursuant to Colorado State statute. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Approves the inclusion of overlapping services and facilities between the Central Platte Valley (CPV) Coordination Metropolitan District and the CPV Metropolitan District as part of the service plan for the CPV Coordination Metropolitan District pursuant to Colorado State statute. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 12-6-12.
