(GENERAL GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Approves the sale of the former Fire Warehouse located at 20 E. Center Avenue to Craft Development for $200,000. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-6-11. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 5-5-11.
