Title: A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Veolia ES Technical Solutions, LLC to provide collection, packaging, management, transportation, and compliant disposal of regulated materials. Amends a contract with Veolia ES Technical Solutions, LLC by adding two years for a new end date of 10-10-23 to provide on-call collection, packaging, management, transportation, and compliant disposal of regulated materials (hazardous and non-hazardous wastes) generated by City operations as well as in the role of emergency response to spills, abandoned hazardous wastes, and disposal of contaminated soils, citywide. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 3-31-21.
