Approves the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with the Denver Fire Fighters for pay and benefits for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018. The agreement includes reopening 2013-2015 CBA to increase 2015 salary by 1.5% on 7-1-15; 2% increase on 1-1-16; 2% increase on 7-1-16; 2% increase on 1-1-17; 2% increase on 7-1-17; and a 3% increase on 1-1-18.
