A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Master Purchase Order between the City and County of Denver and J&B Aviation Services related to a change in company ownership to GSE Holding, Inc., dba J&B Aviation Services, for City purchases of passenger bridge components at Denver International Airport.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Replaces an existing Master Purchase Order (0335A0611) for passenger bridge components for Denver International Airport to reflect a change in company ownership to GSE Holdings, Inc. dba J&B Aviation Services (MPO 0335A0113). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-24-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 2-13-14.
