(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Approves a three-year $2.5 million contract with Drawbaugh Enterprises Inc. for towing services at the airport beginning November 1, 2012. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 9-27-12.
