(LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Grants a revocable permit to SE Fillmore Place, LLC, to encroach into the public right-of-way with an Xcel transformer and a service connection cabinet on a concrete pad at 2960 E. 2nd Ave. on Milwaukee approximately 150 feet south of E. 2nd Ave. in Council District 10. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 10-10-13.
