A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed First Amendment to Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Signature Technologies, Inc. concerning software support services at Denver International Airport.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Adds two years and $750,000 to the existing contract with Signature Technologies, Inc. (Com-Net Software, Inc.) for the ongoing maintenance and support of the proprietary flight information display system software, hardware, and services to facilitate its integration with other systems at Denver International Airport (201206263). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-5-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 7-3-13.
