Authorizes an amendment to accept $389,344 for the 2014-2015 Continuum of Care Women-Lowery grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, bringing the total award to $770,816, to provide rental assistance for housing for homeless women with mental illness and/or substance abuse issues (SOCSV-2013-12915-01).
