Approves an amendment to Section 4.03 HOLDING OVER of the agreement with Project Horizon, Inc. doing business as InMotion Pictures (A & B) to allow the airport to waive additional rent equal to 150% of monthly rent and to allow the concessionaire, upon expiration of its term, to continue providing services to the public at 100% of rental rate until a request for proposal is issued (AR 66001 - 01).
