A bill for an ordinance approving a First Amendment to Funding and Assignment Agreement with the Denver Museum of Nature & Science to correct Exhibit A.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Amends Exhibit A of the funding and assignment agreement with the Denver Museum of Nature and Science by deleting the shared parking project and replacing it with the Discovery Zone build-out and installation of the Rocky Mountain Collections Facilities. The terms, conditions, and cost of Better Denver Bond funding remain the same (201417203). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-22-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-6-14.
