A bill for an ordinance making appropriations and rescissions in the General Contingency Fund; making a transfer from the General Fund to the Capital Improvements and Capital Maintenance Fund; and making appropriations in the Capital Improvements and Capital Maintenance Fund
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves a supplemental appropriation of $3.2 million from the General Fund 2014 Contingency Fund (utilizing one-time Retail Marijuana Special Sales Tax) and transfers to the Capital Improvement Fund (33069) for expenditures related to the Central Denver Recreation Center. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 12-2-14.
