Amends the Occupational Privilege Tax (OPT) registration fee as provided in Section 32-107 in the Denver Revised Municipal Code to create a tiered structure. For businesses that owe less than $30 in combined employee and business OPT in the 12 months prior to the registration year will not incur a fee. A $25 fee will be imposed for individuals, sole proprietors and partnerships with no employees subject to the OPT and that pay in advance the OPT fee. A $50 fee will be imposed for all other businesses.
