Approves the Mayoral reappointments of Charlie Brown, Cheryl Cohen-Vader, and Ronald Younger to the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District Board of Directors for terms effective immediately and expiring on 6-30-16, and approves the Mayoral appointment of Steve Garcia for a term effective immediately and expiring on 6-30-15, or until a successor is duly appointed.
