Approves a three-year $15 million on-call contract with PCL Construction, Inc. for general construction services to support the safe operation of the terminal, rapid customer growth, and aging infrastructure that requires modernization at Denver International Airport (201738901). DEN utilizes on-call contract capacity to assist with emerging capital improvement requirements necessary to support the safe operation of the terminal, rapid customer growth, and aging infrastructure that requires modernization. This will be task order based work to complete projects that support the larger capital improvement plan. The agreement may also be drafted to include design-build tasks as an option for delivery.
