A bill for an ordinance designating certain properties as being required for public use and authorizing use and acquisition thereof by negotiation or through condemnation proceedings of easement and other interests as needed for the 33rd Street Outfall (31st and 36th Street Outfall Project).
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Authorizes the Division of Real Estate to negotiate purchase or condemnation of all or any portion of property interest in nine (9) properties, including temporary easements, permanent easements, and license agreements for the construction of the 33rd Street Outfall (31st and 36th Street Outfall Project) in Council District 9. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 9-11-14.
