Approves a new Intergovernmental Agreement splitting the initial $200,000 of the $2.2 million cost evenly with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District for final design, right-of-way acquisition and construction of channel improvements along Cherry Creek from Monaco Parkway to Iliff Boulevard in Council District 6. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Approves a new InterGovernmental Agreement spliting the initial $200,000 of the $2.2 million cost evenly with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District for final design, right-of-way acquisition and construction of channel improvements along Cherry Creek from Monaco Parkway to Iliff Boulevard in Council District 6. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-23-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-22-11.
