Amends the contract with the Denver Rescue Mission extending the term through December 31, 2013, and to add $221,274 for a total contract amount of $573,828 for the Family Seniors and Homeless Initiative program which provides mentoring services and financial support to 160 homeless families and seniors to move into permanent housing (CE11088-02).
