(FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves a cooperation agreement with the Denver Urban Renewal Authority for the 9th Avenue Redevelopment Area to establish the parameters for tax increment financing with incremental property taxes, located in Council Districts 5 & 10. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 11-18-14.
