Amends the agreement with CA Concessions of Colorado, Inc. (The Coffee Beanery) to waive additional rent equal to 150% of monthly rent to allow concessionaire to continue providing service on a month-to-month basis beyond expiration of the current term at 100% of rental rate while the next agreement is negotiated (AC36003(6)). Revision of Section 4.03 HOLDING OVER of Agreement to allow Manager, at her sole discretion, to waive additional rent equal to 150% of monthly Rent to allow Concessionaire, upon expiration of its term, to continue providing service on a month-to-month basis to the public at 100% of rental rate until the negotiated agreement is finalized.
