A bill for an ordinance authorizing the transfer of Fire Mill Levy funds from the Liability Claims Fund to the General Fund effective for calendar year 2010, as noted in the 2011 Budget Plan. (GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS & FINANCE) Approves a 2010 transfer of $7.66 million of Fire Mill Levy funds to the General Fund as part of the Mayor’s budget approved by City Council. This is a companion bill to Council Bill 10-0917, Series of 2010 (the Long Bill).
