A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Fifth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Marsh USA, Inc., to provide insurance brokerage and risk management consulting services.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Adds $70,000 and one additional year to the existing contract with Marsh USA through 3-31-15 (for a new total of $564,000) for City property and liability insurance brokerage services and risk management consulting services (CE02088-05). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-28-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 3-20-14.
