Approves an intergovernmental agreement with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) for $3,000,000 and for ten years for the City's financial contribution to CDOT's Alameda Phase 2.0 project, including the design and construction of the Alameda Bridge over the South Platte River, local street improvements to Lipan Street, pedestrian and bicycle facility improvements on the road, and a grade-separated South Platte River Greenway path in Council District7 (202056125).
