(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Approves a 3-year, $1,500,000 contract with Architectural Energy Corporation for on-call energy management services including energy audits, retro-commissioning, facility condition assessments, and technical support (GENRL-201313638-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting with the 30-day review period is on 3-3-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 11-14-13.
