Amends the intergovernmental agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District to increase funding from $350,000 to $1,250,000 and appropriates the grant funding for design, acquisition, and construction of drainage and flood control improvements for South Platte River Vision – Phase 1, West Harvard Avenue to West Alameda Avenue in Council District 7. (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Amends the intergovernmental agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District to increase funding from $350,000 to $1,250,000 and appropriates the grant funding for design, acquisition, and construction of drainage and flood control improvements for South Platte River Vision – Phase 1, West Harvard Avenue to West Alameda Avenue in Council District 7. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 4-25-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 3-21-13.
