A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and West Publishing Corporation d/b/a Thomson West, to extend the contract and add additional funds.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Adds $1,125,000 and five years to the contract with West Publishing Corp (CE85004-02) for electronic legal research for the City Attorney’s Office. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-24-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 5-23-13.
