Amends a contract with St. Francis Center to add $375,000 for a new total of $725,000; to extend the term one year through 12-31-15; and to add Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA) language to provide day shelter services for up to 6,000 homeless men and women over the course of a year, for approximately 78,000 total visits, seven days a week, year round (SOCSV-2013 14453-01).
