A bill for an ordinance amending the 1963 Retirement Plan with regard to the actuarially required contribution
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Re-sets the total Actuarially Required Contribution (ARC) rate for the Denver Employees Retirement Plan (DERP) to 18.5% of pay for 2014, from the current rate of 18.0% with the with the employees contributing an additional 0.3% and the employer contributing an additional 0.2%. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 10-16-13.
