A resolution approving a proposed Contract between the City and County of Denver and Keene Concrete, Inc. for the annual removal and replacement of deficient concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalk panels, valley gutters, concrete streets, and alley pavement. Work also includes asphalt pavement and landscaping/irrigation restoration, citywide.
Approves a contract with KEENE CONCRETE, INC. for $1,595,006.50 and for NTP +200 Days for the annual removal and replacement of deficient concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalk panels, valley gutters, concrete streets, and alley pavement.
