A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and CliftonLarsonAllen LLP for auditing of annual financial statements for the Sidewalk Enterprise fund.
Amends a contract between CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, and the Denver Auditor’s Office to add $49,652.00 for a new maximum contract amount of $3,485,868.00 for the required annual audit of the City and County of Denver financial statements. The terms of the contract have been updated to include the auditing of annual financial statements for the Sidewalk Enterprise fund. No change to contract length, citywide (AUDIT-202475685-00/AUDIT-202581981-01). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-9-2026. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 2-3-2026.
