A bill for an ordinance amending the Denver Revised Municipal Code, Section 14-109, concerning salary and benefits of county court magistrates, citywide.
Amends the Denver Revised Municipal Code Section 14-109 to extend employment benefits to part-time county court magistrates and clarifies that on-call magistrates do not receive benefits. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-13-2024.
