Approve changes to Chapter 24 (Health and Sanitation) of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to allow the Department of Environmental Health issue an administrative citation for violations of any rules enforced by the department. Currently this authority exists in only some Chapters of the DRMC that are within the purview of DEH.
