Amends a contract with Signal Behavioral Health Network by adding $455,393.84 to account for prior year’s services with a new total of $1,635,757.27 to provide mental health and substance abuse services to families involved with the child welfare system for the contract term of 6-1-13 through 5-31-15 (SOCSV-2014-16373-01). The last reguarly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 1-19??-15. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 12-18-14.
