Amends a contract with Standard Parking Plus to add 18 months for a new end date of March 30, 2016 to provide all phases of the parking management services at the Hotel and Transit Center in conjunction with the hotel’s opening with no cost increase to the City (CE 85002). Goal participation assigned is 15%.
