A resolution amending a revocable permit granted by Resolution No. 161, Series of 2011, to allow Broadway Station Partners, LLC, to encroach into the right-of-way at or near Kentucky Avenue and South Broadway.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Amends Resolution No. 161, Series of 2011, regarding Broadway Station Partners, LLC to update parcel location and include more encroachments due to the expansion of the right-of-way. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 7-2-15.
