A resolution approving a proposed First Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and The St. Francis Center to increase the maximum contract amount and amend other terms to continue providing supportive housing services to adults experiencing chronic homelessness at the Warren Residences, in Council District 10.
Amends a contract with The St. Francis Center by adding $1,000,000 for a new total of $2,000,000 to account for increased service expenses required to continue providing supportive housing services to 48 adults experiencing chronic homelessness and amending the terms of the fund drawdown for Warren Residences, in Council District 10.
