A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Commercial Ground Transportation Concession Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Colorado Mountain Express, Inc., concerning a concession at Denver International Airport.
(BUSINESS, WORKFORCE & SUSTAINABILITY) Approves a three-year ground transportation concession agreement with Colorado Mountain Express, Inc. doing business as Colorado Mountain Express for a Minimum Annual Guaranty of $108,000 to provide ground transportation to the traveling public at Denver International Airport (PLANE-201415109-00). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-4-14. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 7-3-14.
