Adds $640,642 and one year to the intergovernmental agreement with the Colorado Department of Human Services for a new total of $2,488,287 through 6-30-19 and modifies the workplan to clarify administrative requirements for reimbursement for child care facility inspections (ENVHL-201521228-05).
