Amends the On-Call Agreement with Wilderness Construction, Inc., a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) general contractor, to increase maximum contract capacity from $2.25M to $3M with no change to term of 6-16-09 to 06-15-13 (OC94016-3). (LAND USE, TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE) Amends the On-Call Agreement with Wilderness Construction, Inc., a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) general contractor, to increase maximum contract capacity from $2.25M to $3M with no change to term of 6/16/09-6/15/13 (OC94016-3). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-22-12. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 9-20-12.
