A resolution concerning Electric Vehicle Charging Systems.
Establishes that the City and County of Denver does not intend to adopt an ordinance or resolution in accordance with C.R.S. Sections 31-23-316(2)(a)(I) or 31-23-316(2)(a)(II) and that the City and County of Denver will continue to utilize the existing permitting review process for electric vehicle charger permit applications. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-4-2025.
