A bill for an ordinance authorizing the City and County of Denver to convey to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, for the benefit of Metropolitan State University of Denver, by Quit Claim Deed its interest in a small parcel of real property located in the vicinity of Old West Colfax Avenue and the proposed Shoshone Street.
(GOVERNMENT & FINANCE) Conveys land to Metro State University of Denver for improvements at the new Baseball Field Complex in exchange for land required by the City for right-of-way to create a new Shoshone Street. This is a no cost exchange. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 5-13-13. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 4-4-13.
