Approves a Master Funding Agreement with Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) paid out of the Revolving Affording Housing Loan Fund (RAHLF) for the administration, underwriting and servicing of the City’s Revolving Affordable Housing Loan Fund (RAHLF). The costs will be covered by borrowers from the fund in the form of application and origination fees and a portion of the interest paid by borrowers.
